The ratio between inlet air volume of air engine and air volume of HZJ series product shall be larger than1:1.5,which can guarantee stability of gas flow reduce resistance and extend service life.It is simple to change filter element ,prerational cost of HZJ products is low;which can be controlled which central control room.Various data shall be provided by display screen for various operational conditions.With small floor space, net gas room and air outlet adopts anticorrosive paints produced by Akzo Nobel Company.With high filtering efficiency,this product can guarantee that blades of air compressors will not be abraded for dust,without obvious scale formation within compressors.
HZJ series products connect with compressor inlet.At the time of operation,under effects of negative pressure,it can absord enviromental air.Air passes through filter element,and dust is absorded by filter cartridge.Dust froms a layer of dust film on the surface of filter materials of filter cartridge,so that airflow resistance increases.And at this time,transimtter notifiles microprocessor to send orders,and filter material begins to take actions,driving membrane valve.In addition,it compressed flow instantly,flowing into venture through shower nozzle.
